CEO

Mike Onishi

We aim to lead the cutting-edge fields in Japan and create companies that Japan can be proud of on a global scale.

After working in overseas plant projects at Itochu Corporation, he led the launch of Dell Online and Amazon Japan. Afterwards, he held top positions at Trend Micro, Crocs, and Johnson & Johnson. Currently, he runs startup support company Next Chapter and serves as a consultant to many companies. He also serves as a part-time marketing lecturer at Globis Executive School. In 2022, he became the CEO of Blockvalue Inc. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and completed executive programs on Blockchain at MIT and AI at UC Berkeley.

Masahito Ito

From Japan’s Data Centers to the World

Defense Ministry, Maritime Self-Defense Force veteran specializing in counter-terrorism, maritime security in the Northern Territories, disaster relief and support for the Great East Japan Earthquake, as well as various rear support operations including education, training, and transportation. Awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star in 2023 for outstanding contributions in engaging in critical national security tasks. Currently serving as the Director of the Block Value Shiga Town First Data Center.

Hirotaro Kato

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Keio University (where he was the top student until his third year and left early due to skipping grades), and the Law School at Keio University, He worked for a major auditing firm as a lawyer before becoming the representative attorney for the Kato & Asakawa Law Office. He serves as a legal advisor to many listed companies and specializes in virtual currencies, real estate investment, and relief for investment damage. He has appeared on numerous television and media programs, including Gaia’s Dawn, Close Up Modern, World Business Satellite, Good! Morning, Sukkiri, Viking and others.

Tax accountant

KEIJI FUKASAWA

As a National Tax Agency examiner, he was in charge of corporate tax audits for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as income tax audits for politicians and those receiving public assistance, ranging from subsidiaries of publicly traded companies with sales of over 100 billion yen to affluent individuals including real estate investors, doctors, entertainers, lawyers, foreign employees, and non-residents (with a focus on tax havens and non-residents). As a National Tax Agency inspector, he was responsible for cracking down on tax evaders. As a hearing officer, he has served as a lecturer at various seminars hosted by corporate associations, customs associations, tax accountant associations, and simplified tax system associations.
